Activity is to celebrate the 500th anniversary of the very first Cuban Village founded in 1511. CS, PORTUGAL
Members of the Association of Radioamadores of the Village of Moscavide (ARVM) will be active as CS2HNI from the lighthouse (ILLW PT-0012, DFP FES-12, ARLHS POR-021) at Forte do Cavalo - Sesimbra (DCFP F-038, DMHP ST-028, WCA CT-00214) during the International Lighthouse/ Lightship Weekend (August 20-21st). EA6, BALEARIC ISLANDS
Adrian, AA5UK, will once again be active as EA6/AA5UK from Ibiza (EU-004, DIE E-023, MIA MB-003, WLOTA 0958, Grid Loc. JM09tb), between October 20th and November 3rd. Activity will be holiday style on 80-10 meters using mostly SSB and various Digital modes. He will also be in the CQWW DX SSB Contest (October 29-30th) as a Single-Op/ All-Band/Low-Power entry. HI3, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC
Operators "Yukon John"/KL7JR and XYL Claire/WL7MY will be back to their Dominican Republic ocean front condo on the north shore of Hispaniola Island (NA-96) around mid-September through 2013. The HI3/KL7JR license has been renewed for a year, so expect to hear them on HF SSB concentrating on 12, 17, 40 and 80 meters and 6 meters! They also plan to continue their antenna experimenting with MFJ mobile verticals and Wilson FGT-2 CB verticals as mini yagis from their 3rd floor patio. Rigs include Kenwood TS-570D and Ten Tec 599. IOTA NEWS
AS-026. Operators Ki-Sun/HL4MC, Gyeong/HL4CEL, Wang-hyun/HL4RBR, Kei/HL2UVH, Eun-Gwang/DS4EOI, Nao/JA1HGY and Zorro/JH1AJT will be active as D9A from Cheju Island between August 19-26th. This special callsign will be used during the 20th Asian Conference on Intellectual Disabilities from the Ramada Plaza Jeju Hotel. Activity will be on 160-10 meters, 6 and 2 meters, using CW, SSB, RTTY and FM. QSL via DS4EOI.

EU-081. (Update) A French-Belgium group will be active as TM5SM from Saint Marcouf Island (WLH LH0060, DIFM MA0001) between August 11-15th. Operators mentioned are Jean-Bernard/F4RTE, Jean- Claude/F5IL, Jacques/F5JY, Jean/F5NKX, Denis/F5RJM, Alan/ F6BFH, Maryse/F8FDN (YL), Benoit/F8PDR and Francois/ON4LO. Activity will be on 80-10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY. They will have three stations on 24 hours a day. QSL via F5RJM, direct or by the Bureau. 32% of IOTA community needs EU-081. Alan informs OPDX, "Now it's extremely difficult to obtain all permissions to stay on this island (Birds reserve), and access is dangerous. Please respect the rules of the traffic and of the 'HAM SPIRIT', we will try to satisfy a maximum of you." By the way, this is Alan's, F6BFH, 70th IOTA activity on 5 continents!

EU-156. Members of the "INVOKER TEAM" will be active as TM0INT from Tombelaine Island between late Saturday morning, September 10th, to early afternoon Sunday, September 11th. Operators mentioned are Christian/EA3NT, Vincent/F4BKV and Simon/IZ7ATN. They will have two 100w stations on the air using vertical dipoles. QSL via EA5KA only.

EU-189. A team of four highly experienced IOTA activators are planning to operate from the extremely rare and dangerous Isle of Rockall possibly between the end of May or the beginning of June 2012. The team will land and stay on top of Rockall for a maximum 48 hours. Operators mentioned are George/EA2TA, Christian/EA3NT, Simon/IZ7ATN and Col/MM0NDX. All operators were part of the recent larger MS0INT IOTA operation this past June. The team is looking for funds to help offset some of this expense. OC-130. Maarten, PA3GZU, will once again be active as DU9/PA3GZU from Mindanao Island (OC-130, WLOTA 2803) between August 12th and September 4th. Activity will be on 40-10 meters using SSB and PSK31. Operations will be with a TS520SE and TH6DXX. QSL via his home callsign, the Bureau is preferred.

KC2, UNITED STATES (Special Event)
Members of the Kings County Repeater Association (KCRA) will be on the air as KC2RA honoring the memory of the 911 tragedy. Activity will take place on September 10th, between 1300-2100z (9:00 am until 5:00 pm DST). Watch the following frequencies and links:

The KCRA will be a part of the 911 events held at the historic Conference House on Staten Island. The museum is named in memory of the 1776 conference convened at the house in an attempt to end the Revolutionary War. On September 11, 1776 - A peace conference was held on Staten Island with British Admiral, Lord Richard Howe, meeting American representatives including John Adams and Benjamin Franklin. The conference fails as Howe demands the colonists revoke the Declaration of Independence. T32, CHRISTMAS ISLAND (Update)
Don Field, G3XTT, FSDXA Publicity Officer, has sent out a press release (Bulletin #3) from the Five Star DXers Association (FSDXA) with updates on their T32C DXpedition to Kiritimati (Christmas Island) that will take place between September 27th and October 25th. Excerpts from the bulletin state that their container of equipment has reached Fiji and is due to ship soon to T32, to await the T32C team's arrival. The team is now pretty much complete with no less than 41 operators, some of whom will be there for the whole period, others will be there for the first or second half. At any one time there will be around 30 operators on the island permitting them to operate round the clock on all bands with propagation and other factors permitting, two stations active on each of 80-10 meter bands.

TY, BENIN (Update)
The TY1KS team is now active from Grand Popo until August 14th. Activity will be on all HF bands and 6 meters, using three Elecraft K3s, and two Elecraft KPA500 new solid state amplifier. Due to the high demand for this country, the focus will be on the lower bands and the Digital modes, but also SSB and the higher band will be well worked especially during the TEP openings. The WRTC2014, Inc., host of the 2014 World Radiosport Team Championship competition is pleased to announce the release of a promotional video about the upcoming event. Using footage from previous WRTC competitions, the video conveys the energy, excitement, and sporting goodwill that results when amateur radio contesters from around the world come together to compete on a level playing field. YB, INDONESIA
Operators John/9M6XRO and Steve/9M6DXX, will be active as YB9/GM3OOK and YB9/G4JVG from Bali (OC-022) between September 12-15th. This is a stopover on their way to Timor-Leste for the 4W6A DXpedition. Activity will be holiday style on all bands, 80-6 meters using CW and RTTY (John - YB9/GM3OOK) and SSB (Steve - YB9/G4JVG). Operations will be 100 watts into beam antennas. QSL both callsign via M0URX, direct, by the Bureau, LoTW and OQRS

ZF, CAYMAN ISLANDS
Operators John/K6AM, Bob/K5WA and Stephen/AC6T will be signing ZF1A from Grand Cayman Island (NA-016, WLOTA LH-1042) during the CQWW DX CW Contest (November 26-27th) as a Multi-Single entry. QSL via K6AM, direct, by the Bureau or LoTW.
