"Some issues have arisen about the current H44IOTA operations that need to be addressed before decisions can be taken about acceptance for IOTA. As this may take a little time to resolve, it may make sense to hold off sending your QSLs for the time being..... G3KMA, 25 Jun 2013"
Also, "The Daily DX" reports that QSL Manager of H44IOTA operation, Rex, NR6M, "asks that for the time being, until a decision is taken, no further QSLs for the OC-149, OC-168, OC-047 and OC-158 operations be sent to him.

On QRZ.com, it states, "All calls after June 20, 2013, will be made by Ralph, H44RK, only. Team members SQ8X, SQ9KWW, H44MK, and WL7HP have stepped back from the project for various reasons. Please respect their privacy for the duration of the Project. Any inquiries go to Ralph at ralph.honiara@gmail.com.

KH9, WAKE ISLAND (Press Release)
Joe, W8GEX, sent out the following press release on June 25th [edited]:
"Press Release #4 - Wake Atoll Commemorative DXpedition
The Wake Atoll Commemorative team's operation is progressing nicely.

Most of the equipment needed for this operation has been received and is being pre-tested prior to shipment to the staging areas. As mentioned in the previous release, the equipment will be pre-staged in California and Hawaii prior to transport to Wake. Staging, pre-testing, packing are essential to assure equipment arriving on-time and safely on Wake.

The two week 'on air' dates are anticipated to start the last week of September or first week of October. This is entirely dependent on the military flight schedule into and out of Wake Atoll and this has yet to be determined. As soon as this is established, we will issue another press release and post it on our website.

Several good options are being considered for our two operating sites which will be announced soon.

Please note! There are a few other DXpeditions which will be on air during the Wake Operation. Our band plan, established in early March and documented on our website

http://wake2013.org/pages/bandplan.html,
will be used during our operation. To avoid the dreaded 'Not in the Log', please be sure which DXpedition you are working! Our operators will announce the K9W often to help identify your contact.

The Team wants to thank the DX Community, including generous worldwide Foundations and Clubs, equipment manufacturers and outlets for their out- standing support of the Wake Commemorative efforts. These DXpeditions are extremely expensive and could not be accomplished without the support of the entire DX Community. Visit the

www.wake2013.org
website to view our Sponsors and make your personal donation. And don't forget to sign our Guestbook! Please check our website often for updates.
73, K9W Wake Atoll Management Team"

P5, NORTH KOREA (Press Release-Update from the P5 Project Leadership Team): [edited]

"P5 Project Team members Paul Ewing/N6PSE and David Flack/AH6HY have just returned from their extensive travels throughout the DPRK. Total distance covered was from Panmunjom at the DMZ in the South to Sonbong in the North, bordering China and Russia. Paul and David are among the first Western travelers to be allowed to enter the DPRK from Namyang and later exiting from Wonjong back into China.

The purpose of the visit was to meet with DPRK Government Representatives in Pyongyang and to survey and assess various potential Dxpedition venues throughout the country. Particular attention was paid to terrain and the availability of reliable power.

We are making further refinements to our proposals for a major Dxpedition. We will continue to communicate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications to further refine our pro- posals. Our goals are to provide a much needed P5 contact to the entire amateur radio community world-wide.

We also enjoyed visits to several schools, and we enjoyed the conver- sations that we had with the school children. We also were able to visit various factories throughout the country. Plans for a 2nd visit to the DPRK are already underway.

We are very pleased at this time to announce our partnership with the Chinese Amateur Radio Community and their involvement in the P5 Project. We have invited Fan Bin/BA1RB to join the P5 Project Leadership Team and to represent the Chinese Radio Amateur Community in our project.

Thank you,
The P5 Project Leadership Team - N6PSE AH6HY YT1AD K3LP WD5COV BA1RB"

TN, REP. OF THE CONGO (TN2MS DXpediton - Offical Press Release) [edited]:

"DXpedition to the Republic of the Congo (Congo Brazzaville) TN2MS,
28 September 11 October 2013.

In September Arie/PA3A and Ad/PA8AD, and their XYLs Marian/PD1AEG and Angelina/PA8AN, will leave for Congo Brazzavile, Africa, to operate a DXpedition and at the same time carry out a support project for the Health organization Mercy Ships.

The DXpedition team will arrive in Pointe-Noire a week early on 22nd September. There they will carry out a support project on board the hospital ship 'M.V. Africa Mercy'. Starting 28th September the team will go ashore and will start the DXpedition. The Republic of the Congo as DXCC entity will be on the air on all MF/HF bands for almost 2 weeks on RTTY, SSB and CW and on 6m if license and propagation permit. The team will make a serious effort to work as many different stations as possible on different bands and modes, and pay special attention to the smaller stations. Departure date is set for October 11th.

Another important goal for this DXpedition is to bring the good work of Mercy Ships to the attention of the worldwide amateur radio community so that health care projects in poor countries will get more worldwide support. Special thing is that sponsoring (donations, extra QSL green stamps, etc.) will be donated to the Mercy Ships projects in Congo. This is the 4th Xpedition in cooperation with Mercy Ships after Liberia 2007 (5L2MS), Benin 2009 (TY1MS) and Sierra Leone 2011 (9L5MS). For this the DXpedition team was awarded the prestigious Yasme Foundation Excellence Award 2012 for their sustained support of Mercy Ships through amateur radio.

Mercy Ships programs promote health and well-being by serving the urgent surgical needs of the forgotten poor, and empowering developing communities. For this Mercy Ships uses a seagoing hospital ship, the Africa Mercy. On this hospital ship and on bases ashore more than 400 volunteers use their skills to make a difference. The Africa Mercy holds 6 operation rooms and laboratories and patient rooms for 78 patients. 7000 operations can be performed per year and teams can go ashore to carry out different projects. Starting August 2013 the Africa Mercy will be operating in the African country Republic of the Congo.
