Ross K6GFJ (Northern California DX Club)
          Dave, AA6YQ (DXLab)

3D2, FIJI (New Ham). Joanna "JK", 3D2ZK, from Denarau, Nadi, Fiji, posted
the following on QRZ.com [edited], "I'm very new to the HAM radio family.
Please be patient when you hear me. I finished Jagielonica Law University
in Krakow, Poland. I am a living rebel, so I joined forces with Rebel DX
Group. My plan is to be active from 3D2/C (Conway Reef), 3D2/R (Rotuma
Island) and several rare IOTAs around Fiji from May 2021 for 3-4 months."
No QSNs have been reported yet.

4U1U, UNITED NATIONS. From the FaceBook page of the United Nations Amateur
Radio Club (4U1UN); they posted on March 9th: To all the stations calling
but couldn't get through, we apologize. The noise floor at UNHQ is often
S9, sometimes +10 over. That's the issue of having a vertical 450 feet
up in the middle of Manhattan!

8Q, MALDIVES (Update to OPDX.1507). Last week we mentioned that Mats,
SM6LRR (RM2D), will be active as 8Q7MS from Ukulhas Island, Alif Alif
Atoll (AS-013), between March 28th and April 10th. Activity will be
holiday style on mainly 40-15 meters using CW, but with some SSB as
well. This is a NON-FT8/FT4 expedition! QSL via EA5GL, as well as LoTW.

A25, BOTSWANA. A small Russian team will be active as A25RU from Botswana
near Gaborone between March 15-28th. Operators mentioned are Vasily/R7AL,
Leo/UI8J, Vlad/R9LR and Mike/RU3UR. Activity will be on various HF bands
(160-10m; NO 60m) and QO-100 SAT (depends on propagation) with the priority
to most distant regions (NA and ASIA), using CW, SSB and FT8 (F/H) modes
during 12 days. They will have 3 stations with amps on the air. QSL via
R7AL, ClubLog's OQRS, direct, by the Bureau or LoTW. For more details
and updates, see: https://rv6ali.wixsite.com/botswana2021

CN21, MOROCCO (Special Event). Look for special event station CN21JIF
to be active between March 19-21st. Activity is to celebrate the United
Nations International Day of Forests, on March 21st. QSL via RW6HS.

DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME (DST). Did you remember to change your clocks?
Countries in the Northern Hemisphere (most of N. American and some of
the Caribbean) who observe Daylight Saving Time should change their
clocks on Sunday, March 14th at 2:00 AM, and should move their "local
clocks" forward 1 hour to 3:00:00 AM local time. Daylight Saving Time
will end on Sunday, November 7th at 2:00 AM. European countries will
switch to DST on March 28th. For the history and details about DST, as
well as an interesting map of the world (showing the countries who observe
DST), see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daylight_saving_time
                   http://www.timeanddate.com/time/dst/2021.html
ADDED NOTES: Hopefully, all amateur radio operators know not to change
their GMT/UTC/ZULU clocks. However, since most operators usually set their
computers to local time, some may have to change their settings on "some"
ham radio software (ex. logging, propagation, DXTelnet, etc..) programs.

FM, MARTINIQUE (NA-107). Laurent, FM5BH, will be active during the CQWW
IWPX SSB Contest (March 27-28th) as a Single-Op/All-Band/High-Power entry.
QSL via W3HNK or LoTW. PLEASE no dupes. Checkout the FM5BH Contest Station
(Rental) on the Web at: http://www.fm5bh.com

GB0, ENGLAND (Special Event). Members of the Welland Valley ARS will be
activating several stations on air during 2021 to celebrate the Patron
Saints of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. (See OPDX.1503) This
week they will celebrate St. Patrick's Day (March 17th) with the call-
sign GB0SP between March 16-18th. QSL via G4XEX.

GB100, WALES. John, MW1CFN, will be active as GB1004FTS from Anglesey
Island (EU-005), island off the mainland's northwest coast, between March
25th and April 8th. Operations will be on various HF bands including 6
and 2 meters using SSB and the Digital modes. Activity is to celebrate
the 100th anniversary of the Royal Air Force's No. 4 Flying Training
School which opened up on April 1st, 1921. QSL via MW1CFN direct.

H7, NICARAGUA. Myron, KN6GHM, will be active as H7/KN6GHM from Guana-
castillo during the CQWW WPX SSB Contest (March 27-28th). QSL via his
home callsign, direct, eQSL or LoTW.

EA5GL and QSLs will be sent via the Bureau after the operation.

AS-149. Look for a Russian team to be active as RI0FM from Moneron
Island (RR-16-01, RDA SL-16, WFF RFF-193, Russia) between
July 15-31st. Activity will be on various HF bands, including
an entry in RSGB IOTA Contest (July 24-25th). Look for more
           details to be forthcoming.

past 10 years from each DX entity in a visual form on a world map. The
new CQ WPX Activity Map is available at: https://cqwpx.com/maps
The map shows the number of log entries from each country and each call
area for USA, Canada, Japan and Russia. The mode and year is selected by
the drop down menu at the top right of the map. The map color scheme is
