2003 MOST WANTED SURVEY
Carl Smith, N4AA, Editor/Publisher - QRZ DX and The DX Magazine (Also, DX Column Editor for CQ Magazine), has once again asked OPDX to help spread the word that the "DX Magazine Most Wanted Survey" is now being taken, and the deadline to respond is October 15th. Here is your chance to be counted and list the DXCC entities you need or do not have confirmed yet. Not all DXCC entities are listed, only the obvious hard ones. The 2003 survey is available on the Web at:

http://www.dxpub.com/dx_survey2003.html
Look for the results to be listed in early 2004.

He will try to concentrate on U.S. propagation as he knows it is a difficult area for U.S. amateurs. Janusz is looking for any advice on what bands and at what times he should operate from during this time of the year (Is there a long path route?). Suggestions are welcome, E-mail to:

sp9fih@poczta.onet.pl

TG0AA QSL DELAY
Dennis Motschenbacher, K7BV, informs OPDX: "The cards for my TG0AA operation in 2003 ARRL DX CW were ordered months ago from the PY2TNT QSL printing service. In the mean time, the fine gentlemen of the Club de Radioaficionados de Guatemala have been getting increasing numbers of anxious inquiries from DXers for status of QSL requests sent to the club. Weeks and weeks of emails to Anderson, PY2TNT, requesting status or return of my money have gone unanswered. Now E-mails bounce and the website of this questionable business is off line. The TG9 club is moving ahead with printing the cards via another route so this matter can be cleared up. Please accept my apologizes for this unfortunate delay brought on by unethical business practices - I hope other operators are not waiting on cards from PY2TNT."
