re-programming the Northern California DX Foundation controller, driving
a TS-50 transmitter adding these WARC frequencies to the existing beacon
frequencies of 14.110, 21.150 and 28.200 MHz in Federal Communications
Commission (FCC) compliance. Both Senator Daniel K. Inouye (D) Hawaii

obtaining this FCC waiver to accomplish this upgrade. The Honolulu
Amateur Radio Club (Oldest Amateur Radio Club in the islands) is the

"Again this year we will award the TOP 5 Managers from all the nominees a wall plaque or a date plate to previous winners. These plaques were really appreciated by those who received them last year. Donations from all DXers in any amount will be accepted to offset the cost of these plaque awards. PayPal will be the method of choice, but more info on that in the November news release. Please be thinking of the 5 managers that gave you outstanding service this year (2005). Remember, this is not a popularity survey but a performance survey."Last year's winners are still posted on the Golist Web site at:

We will collect the SASEs and any donations and forward the donations to him along with the list of those requesting a QSL. Once he sends a package of cards we will in turn forward them to you.
