(SMOM) for the first time ever during the CQ World Wide SSB DX Contest
(October 27-28th). The callsign 1A3A will be used during the CQWW SSB

the first time from the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. QSL via IZ4DPV.

The
following is a press release by Jarmo, OH2BN: "The August 2007 outing to
Market Reef, OJ0B, was designed to decorate the lighthouse with powerful
antennas that can only be hoisted in good weather conditions. The group
was successful, and in addition to making more than 13,000 QSOs, a SteppIR
beam plus an assortment of wire antennas were mounted at the light.
The newly composed group of OH0RJ, OH2BH, OH2MM, OH2PM, OH7EA and OH8NC are at it again and they plan to be operational from September 15 until September 24, including both Scandinavian Activity Contests, with three stations. QSL INFO AND NEWS
BS7H QSL STATUS. QSL Manager Steve, KU9C, reports: "I've been sending
QSL cards out for BS7H for a bit over 40 days now, and am starting to
get the question 'my buddy has his, where is mine' or 'are they all out
yet'. So, here's the status.... I'm about 75% of the way thru the pile,
and well on the way to being more-or-less current with the incoming
mail, which is still coming in at a healthy pace. Just to help folks
understand the sheer volume, in the first week after the operation, I
received nearly 7000 envelopes; to date I've received nearly 14,000
envelopes relative to BS7H. Each card has to be checked against the
log, as I'm not pre-printing labels by call with each QSO listed, I'm
only issuing QSO's claimed. I expect to be current, and have all QSOs
in hand answered, more or less, by the end of September. One way to
see if your QSL has been processed is to check the LOTW file. Within
a few days of printing your label, your confirmed QSOs will show up
there."
GOLIST QSL MANAGER DATABASE HELP NEEDED. John, K1XN, from the GoList informs: "During my QSL Manager confirmation process, I have accum- alated a list of QSL Managers for which I could not find a published E-mail address, or the E-mail address that I found is not valid and bounces mail. Listed below are some of those QSL Managers that I am having problems with. I hope that maybe they will read this message and take the time to update their E-mail address on QRZ.com or send them to me direct at: golist@gmail.com "
